I wanted to share some honest feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, a few issues made the experience less comfortable than expected.
First, I reported that the heat wasn’t working, but no one came out to fix it—or if they did, it still only blew cold air. That was one of my main concerns throughout the stay.
Second, the remote control for the television in the living area didn’t work. None of the available remotes operated the TV in that space, which was frustrating.
Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping, and the signal was very weak. The television in the bedroom also had poor quality and limited functionality.
Overall, I was disappointed with these problems, especially given the amount I paid for the stay. I hope management addresses these issues promptly so future guests can have a better experience.
