This facility is either understaffed or they don’t take pride in their property.
- HVAC was not working in the common areas and not working properly in the rooms.
- There was a bag of spilled food in our hallway for over 24 hours. Then after the bag was picked up, the actual food was still there for another day.
- We had water stains on a comforter, dishes weren’t clean, and the bathroom cabinet was crooked.
- I also had an issue with our bill after we checked out. Hotels.com advertises this property with “free self parking” but when I got the bill they charged us for $5.00/day for parking. Which I find funny because it’s not a high traffic location. Just seems like a small way to nickel and dime you. To their credit, they adjusted the bill after I called to raise my concern.
However, we had positive interactions with the staff during our stay. The issues with this property seem to be management/ownership driven.
