My recent stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
1. I was placed in a room with no heat or air in the middle of winter. I spent the entire first night freezing because I assumed I was doing something wrong. The next morning, the front desk informed me that the room should have been out of order and never assigned to a guest.
2. I was checked out after the first night of my two‑night stay without my permission. They claimed it was a mistake, but because they had already issued a refund for the second night, I was forced to pay for that night again and wait five days for my own money to be returned. That is completely unacceptable.
3. When I arrived after a long trip, the lobby bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even use the restroom before checking in.
Despite all of these issues — the freezing room, the billing mistake, the inconvenience, and the hotel’s own admitted errors — I was offered absolutely no compensation. Not even an apology that felt sincere.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an underwhelming, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from start to finish.
