I’ve stayed at this property on two occasions. It’s the perfect location for my needs. It’s easy to check in and check out without having to talk to anyone. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean and it is quiet. It is a very basic room with little decor, but that is not an important need for me. I would say the only downfall is that it does not have parking. I have been lucky because I have gone on weekends and have parked on the street overnight. There are some parking garages nearby but still a little of a walk. When all the other hotels in the area are super expensive this place is also might go to because it’s usually a little less expensive.

Great place, great location. Easy self check in, clean, exercise room, roof top patio. Stayed for 4 days and was an easy walk or bike/scooter to the stadium area, Pioneer Square, Pikes Place, Space Needle. And the street below has a few good food options and a Voodoo Donuts across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly.... Its fine. There were automation issues. I got texts about getting kicked out of my room for noise violations (they have noise sensors in the rooms btw), when I wasnt there. Turns out a fire alarm had gone off. Also, I had already checked out and they texted me later with the checkout procedures... It is hightech concept for a preAI world... Now it just feels dated and sad. But the room was fine. Floor was sticky, and no desk for working. Wifi was good

Only one tiny garbage can in the room that wasn't emptied during my entire stay. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay for 2 people is silly - throw an extra roll in there! The entry area, hallways on the 3rd floor and the room all have different very perfumy, chemical smells and my eyes and nose were watering and inflamed. The c charger on the clock didn't work and the one USB port barely worked. Get a couple of USB and c chargers for the room as people don't often travel with charger bricks in this modern age :-P it's a cute and functional space in many ways but if you do a basic search on negative health impacts of chemicals on our health.

It was clean, easy check in & provided us with what we needed. It is on a bustling street And was really loud with people & cars. It’s great if you are part of the the fun but if you want to sleep before 3am, maybe look for other options.

Positives: great location, decent room, great access to nightlife and tourist attractions; rooms are quiet; good pricing; amazing rooftop views. The negatives: common areas are a bit dingy and stale smelling; parking is totally unavailable, and this is not clearly stated and parking lots can run very steep which adds to the otherwise reasonable price of the room; when I did write the management company with a couple of questions they never responded. Overall, if you were looking to enjoy a really great central location and don’t have a car this is a very ideal situation.

The process was super easy. I unfortunately didn’t read me email until I parked so it took a minute to complete check-in. But that was my fault. It took me 5-10 min. Then after that it was great. Seamless! Easy in and easy check out. Parking was the only issue. As overnight garages are about a 10 min walk. Great for us we got street parking a block away and it was sat to Sunday so car could stay on the street. Beds were comfy and great amenities. It was plain.. but clean, updated and exactly what we needed, esp for the high prices of nearby hotels. Thanks I’ll be back

Great building and apartment/rooms, all new and great shape, quiet. As this is a digital only property there is no flexibility like a regular hotel, no early check-in (this was the most frustrating, as if a regular hotel doesn't have rooms available early, at least you can sit in the lobby and relax or work while you wait, here you cannot access the building at all until 10 mins before 4pm, or late checkouts. Questions are handled promptly through their portal.

The entire building & lobby smelled so strongly of weed, if you’re okay with that, then it probably won’t bug you, but it did bug us. The space itself was clean enough and didn’t have any strange smells, but it is worth mentioning that entering and exiting reeks. The space was quiet, and comfortable. There’s not really any “affordable” long term parking? I use that term loosely since Seattle isn’t really known for having good parking options as it is. We parked in a garage 11 min away and had to walk our stuff up and down the streets, but we managed. Just kinda annoying. The host was okay, nothing really went wrong, but nothing was great or exceptional about our interactions either. Overall it was okay. Okay for the price. Okay for the location, it was just okay. I wouldn’t choose to stay again based off the smells alone, I’d probably do a bit more research about the interior of the next building and also researching parking options more in depth before booking.
