The caravan we stayed in on entry smelled like it just recently been cleaned. But once the smell of air freshener wore off one hour later, there was a faint smell of damp through the entire caravan for the three days we were there.
Running out of gas on the second night woken up by the freezing zero temperatures outside at 6 am with no heating and no hot water
After calling the Out Of Hours number were informed, it would be 9 am before anything could be done 3 1/2 hours later somebody turned up to change the bottle
Me and my wife and son all stood there in our coats freezing cold
Unbelievable, they could rent out a caravan and allow you to run out of heating in the middle of the night at the end of November
Not even an electric fan in case of an emergency.
Besides that a broken dining table freezer that should’ve been defrosted drawers missing from the fridge.
Overall pretty disappointing.
