There was nothing fundamentally wrong with the stay, but the room I believed I was booking was certainly mis-represented. The description states that each room is individually decorated and individually furnished, yet the walls in our ‘deluxe’ room (one up from ‘standard’) were all plain cream, 1 picture hung, no bedside cabinets, just small metal shelves……just not very enticing, which is very different from all the photos on the listing, even the ‘standard’ rooms are shown to have boutique style wallpaper and furnishings…..which is why I booked. On checking out when I mentioned this, I was just advised….‘I’ll pass on to the manager’, nothing more.
Just a bit disappointing, which was a shame.
