Surprise request for deposit
When I first arrived everything was good until they said I had to give them $100 deposit for incidentals. When I reserved this hotel room no where did it say this. They said because I used Hotels.com I had to do this. If I used a Credit Card I would get it back in 3-4 business days. If I used cash I would get it back in the morning when I checked out. Never in my life have I ever had to do this. The room was paid for and I have always given a C.C for incidentals but not a deposit. Now as for my room: the toilet was broke and the bed spread had cigarette burn holes in it. On the bed skirt it had some kind of gel on it (I think). Called about my toilet being broke and guy at front desk came to see if he could fix it. Could not, so I was immediately moved to another room. This room was very clean and looked nothing like the first one. The rest of my stay was quiet and pleasant.
