Our bathroom sink was leaking, and from the mouldy smell might have been leaking for a while. We told the front desk, but they said they would note it for the maintenance crew. I think they might need to get a new maintenance crew; nothing in the bathroom was secured to the walls. The towel rack was hanging on by two screws; the other two were falling out (this is how it was when we arrived). The sink leaked all over the counter and then dripped down onto the lower shelf below the sink. We ended up having to use towels to keep the water from dripping down and changing them to keep the counter dry enough. They also had two hooks to hold towels/clothes, but they were not secured to the wall either. This place was super small for 4 adults. The view was nice of the bay, and it was nice to see the tide come in and out. Great place to eat next door. Parking was terrible; if you didn't get a spot in the lot where the building was, you had to park across the street, where there were multiple potholes to navigate to enter the lot.
