Weāve inquired with booking dot com for a refund immediately upon checking in. Youāve been unhelpful. The hotel has inquired on our behalf. The room was disgusting and full of roaches. As it was in the middle of the building on the third floor we were not confident that any other room there wouldnāt also have them as well. Hotels dot com is the worst and Iām officially done with this app. At midnight July 4th our only option was to turn around and go home or sleep in the car.
