Parking was easy and convenient, and the room initially appeared clean. However, it did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel.
We reserved a room with an in-room hot tub separated by a glass door, but there was extremely poor airflow. After using the hot tub, we became sick within 24 hours—so much so that we had to stay in the room the entire next day. When we finally forced ourselves to go outside, we started to feel better, but once we returned to the room, the symptoms came back. The lack of ventilation was very concerning.
The room also lacked adequate space to unpack clothes and personal items, which made the stay less comfortable.
Customer service was another disappointment. We had booked a massage but needed to cancel due to being sick. After trying for hours to reach someone, we only received a response once we were already within the “late cancellation” window. While still unwell, I had to escalate the issue to management to get it resolved.
When we eventually received the massage, it was mediocre at best, and the full package we paid for was not provided.
The only positive part of the experience was the front desk staff at checkout, who were professional and gave us a $50 discount to partially make up for the inconvenience of not receiving the full massage package.
Overall, due to the poor air circulation, negative health impact, and subpar service, We would not stay here again.
