I booked my stay weeks in advance. Drove 10 hours. Got there and the lady at the desk said she didn't have a room for me. I told her that was not acceptable because I had a double queen suite booked. She eventually said she found a room for me. My kids and I unloaded everything and got to the room. The room they put us in had no air. I called the desk and they came up and said that the air doesn't work in that room. (the front desk person as well as the live in housekeeper were very rude) I told them that was not ok. I called hotels.com & between them and the property manager they put us in a smaller room for the night (phone didn't work in this room)saying we would have our suite the next day (Thanksgiving). We had to load up everything in our car that morning. The next day I was told the original suite was not available and they would have a different suite when we got back that day. That evening we were moved into a different suite.(unloaded again, 3rd room since checking in) The air worked in this room but the fridge did not. We just dealt with it at this point. We were given a credit of $60 on a 4 night suite stay for our "inconvenience". I would never stay here again and would not recommend it either.
