The room needed updating about 30 years ago and the carpet, chairs and sofa all had permanent stains. There were exposed power cords all over the room and the mini fridge wasn’t clean. The breakfast was the worst We’ve ever had at a hotel; the eggs and turkey sausage were cold and there was nothing to drink except coffee. I went to pay for a bottle of cheap water and they didn’t have change, so I couldn’t have it. It didn’t seem too much to ask to just give me the water. The staff were unprofessional and spent their time talking loudly about inappropriate topics rather than doing their jobs. This hotel certainly shouldn’t receive an 8.8 rating.
