The employees are kind, but the establishment is obviously understaffed. To check in, who seemed to be the manager, had to go “find” an available room. You’d think they have a system for this. It took around 10 min to get checked-in.
The next morning at 8:15 AM, my sister and I went out to the lobby to claim our complimentary “continental breakfast”. Well, to our surprise, we only found a small corned breakfast area- located in the lobby by the entrance. There was no coffee available and no breakfast. The lobby rep hurried and refilled the area with what the establishment considered “continental breakfast”- oatmeal, fruit, coffee, and hot chocolate. There were about 4 other guests there and they all were upset, and mentioned they would not be staying a the establishment again.
The room was OK- a bit outdated but ok. The hotel could use a deep cleaning inside and out. The front door entrance area could use a good cleaning. The front lobby area had bags of trash piled on top of the trash bin.
Head up- the elevator is non-functional.
