Earlier in the afternoon I needed a new tyre as drove over a pothole, so I was delayed by over 2 hours and my ETA as a result was about 9.45-10pm, I rang them about 6pm to say I was going to be late, to let them know to watch out for me and apologise and ask what the procedure was for such situations, and their checkin time was 8pm and I wasnt going to make it for then, and noone answered but they said please leave a message as someone will get back, so i did. Noone responded and i ended up sleeping in a friends kids bed in Colchester as by the time i got to Essex (i had travelled from Cheshire) it was getting a bit late and id had no response from the Oakland, and I needed somewhere to sleep! i rang them the next day to explain what had happened, just so they knew, and again got no answer or response to my message. I am not happy, Ive tried to keep them informed and communicate with them and got nothing.
