The room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and a large closet off the bathroom. Everything was clean and we had a nice view of Music City Center. The location was also convenientājust a short walk to Broadway.
That said, there were several drawbacks. The bed was advertised as a queen but felt much smaller, more like a full, and the duvet was rough with no top sheet provided. Only two towels were in the room (fine for a short stay but not ideal), and while there was a paper towel holder and tissue box holder, neither had supplies. The shower did not drain properly, so water began pooling within a couple of minutes. We also did not have WiFi for a full day, which they sent a message and apologized for, but as this was a business trip we needed internet and had to use hotspot to get through the day. We then could not connect to our own roomās wifi, and they said to just connect to a nearby room - not safe.
Check-in was also frustrating. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and tried using the self-service kiosk, but the key cards it produced did not work. We had to go back downstairs and wait about 15 minutes for a desk assistant to make new ones. This seemed to happen to multiple guestsāif the kiosk doesnāt function reliably, it shouldnāt be offered as an option.
Overall, it was a clean and spacious stay with a great location, but the service and room details left a lot to be desired.
