I Stay here atleast three nights a week. Great price, its walking distance from stores. Sometimes the rooms could be a little cleaner but over all its still one of the only safe, decent hotels in the area for the price.

The room was NASTY filthy stains on the sheets and blankets my granddaughter had a sticky substance on her blankets and sheets the bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the door frame to the bathroom was stained and just gross. I was moved and kind of upgraded the room was better but still Gross. Then the room card never worked it was a steady trip to the front desk for a re-do NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

They rooms are dated but clean. The staff is exceptional! Maybelline rocks! A couple of inconveniences: the microwave door couldn't be closed or it would run. So the door stayed open and the light was on constantly. Also, the toilet seat was loose.

Worst hotel stay ever. We only had one hand towel and one wash rag in our room. When I went down to the front desk to bath towels and more washrags I was told they ran out and there were none available! How is that possible! Went down for breakfast the next morning at 8am and they were out of almost everything. Again how. Staff said the issues were because they were booked full! How does that make sense? You know how many rooms you have and how many are booked so you should be prepared with enough towels for every room and enough food. And then there was the fact the rooms were not cleaned well. Former guests hair in the shower, etc. There were old stains in the carpet. The mustiness of the room had my allergies acting had my allergies acting up so much I couldn’t stand it - eyes watering, headache, etc. Because of these issues we check out a day early - Saturday morning. The lady at the desk told me she would email me a copy of my receipt. Still haven’t received it. And I was charged for the full two night stay. One thing I want to say positive is about the young man that was working the desk Friday night. He was really trying to do a good job dealing with a lot of guests issues. But they were things he couldn’t control and he was there by himself. But overall the worst hotel experience of my life - and I used to travel 85% of the year on business. Just very poor management and ownership.

Air conditioning was not working in our room. Had two switch rooms on day 2 of our stay. The young man working at reception did try his best to accommodate us. Second night was much better.

The room was cold, heater not working and lukewarm shower-made worse by the fact that the room was cold. Non-smoking hotel, but everybody is allowed to smoke directly outside the door so all the cigarette smoke is coming in and the first floor entrances and lobby smells like cigarettes so does the elevator. My daughter is an asthmatic and is allergic to cigarette smoke so she had a bit of a problem. Tried to call the front desk about the water and the heater. Nobody answered the phone walked down and receptionist acted like I was putting her out by telling her there was a problem. I understand the hotel recently changed hands, but a lot of work needs to be done. There are a lot of stains on the carpets in the rooms and there was mold stains on quilt on the bed. When returned to the room 2nd day, cards would not work went to the front desk couldn’t find the worker for 20 minutes. They had fixed the heater, but they had set it at 75 and the heat and humidity made for miserable evening until could get temp down. The front desk personnel leave a lot to be desired. Rude would be an understatement. They act like customers are an inconvenience. The only reason the staff didn’t get one star was because the other workers were extremely friendly and very polite. Came in one evening and keys wouldn't work and couldn't find front desk person for 20 mins. Breakfast was really good. If you are a non-smoker I would look elsewhere for lodging.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was not cleaned. There was melted “chocolate” (I assumed??) on the night stand, the tub grout had mold, the tub filled Up while in the shower, there was blond hair in the bed and the most disgusting of them all was bugs in the bed. Then to add insult to injury, the staff was unwelcoming to put it mildly.

Staff was asleep at the desk. Place smelled of weed. The pillow cases snd sheets had yellow spots. Mold was growing around the tub. Table was broken. The air would not work. It does not look like the pictures on the site.

The water never got hot, the beds were Flintstone hard, the gym was not open, The staff was not very welcoming and rude except for James in the kitchen. James at breakfast was the nicest person you have on your staff. He is wonderful. There were very large bugs running around the hallway. There was no housekeeping at all. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper from some little room. We will find a new place to stay when we come back next year.

The front desk clerk was unfriendly, although not exactly rude. He spent most of the time out in the rocking chair, outfront smoking. When I first got to this place, it looked like something out of a scary movie. There were no other cars there, and no signs either on the building or out front. It looks like an abandoned hotel. I did leave for a while and come back and there were about 10 cars there overnight. The place was not what I would call dirty, but our room was very humid and everything felt wet. The mattresses look new but were very hard, and the pillows were very very flat. For what I needed, which was a one night stay, it worked out alright.

Our stay was okay but was disappointed that one of our rooms was not completely clean and not ready to enter for our stay. Staff was good and the breakfast was okay but the hotel needs to separate the non smoking and smoking guests rooms. We book two rooms but part of the amenities didn't work. The hotel needs to majorly upgrade for future guests
