Hotels.com took my money, it was non refundable which was fine. I booked for two nights and wasnāt able to make the first night. When I tried to check in on the second night the hotel had cancelled my reservation as a no show. Hotels.com didnāt pay them and wouldnāt refund my money. Terrible! Wonāt be using hotels.com again, after more than 10 years.
If I pay hotels.com then they should pay the hotel instead of keeping my money

Leak
The toilet was running, and the shower faucet was leaking. Not bad and I closed the bathroom door, so I did not hear it. I have to give myself a bad rating because I forgot to mention the leaks when I checked out.

Horrible change you air filters
I arrive at the inn they charge me an additional $100.00 for the stay. I question them why was I being charged this Iām a 60 year old man what am I going to do to you inn? The hostess tells me itās released after my stay and I check out. The next day I find out itās actually three to five business days and the room smelled like it had never had the carpets cleaned I had to ask them was the property actually owned by Hilton or was it a private property. They told me it was in fact a Hilton owned property. Wow how the mighty has fallen. Iām actually going to start looking at Marriott cause I canāt pay almost 300.00 for a room and the place smells and I didnāt want the breakfast bar they can keep it.

Yes what is that smell?
First off let me say the staff was gracious and hospitality was top tier. The room was beyond our expectations and very very cozy. However there was a smell coming from the carpet that was somewhat unbearable. Not sure if it was an oversight on the cleaning crew or what but I would suggest a deep clean of the carpet sooner than later. Other than that great experience! Thank you.

Breakfast is a joke. $15 for a "buffet" that consists of only "eggs" potatoes and sausage or bacon. Basic fruit and cereal. Not even a pancake or waffle machine. Hotel was run down and in great need of a remodel. Only thing good was the location

Need Upgrades
Bed made a lot of noise beside door was not secured and was unlocked all night all day and anyone could easily access bathroom tub was not as clean the Wi-Fi never worked and did not have much help trying to get it to work

As a Hilton honors member, whom frequents lots of Hiltons for vacations and stays. This was an absolute horrible experience. I booked a king suite for extra comfort. I got there late at night after partying at the beach in the sun and I was extremely exhausted. I showered, pulled my clothes out for the next day and fell asleep. I woke up a hour later to feeling stuffy.. then I realized the smell. I got to the restroom and there is dog hair all over my face. Shower still leaking and the toilet begins to flood. Went back to sleep and woke up every hour. The next day I went to gather my things to get dressed and noticed Mold and mildew on the walls, Broken rusty furniture. Dog hair everywhere. Leaking faucets. Missing light bulbs. Woke up with dog hair in my face. Which means the bed wasnāt changed. Soiled furniture. Globs of dog hair on the floor. All of my clothing ruined from the smell and dog hair. Now my throat hurts and Iām coughing with bl**d. Horrible experience

I arrived at 3pm to check in and still did not have a room available until I asked for a different room at 5pm. I was there for a concert at 7pm so
I was super rushed to get ready and get to the venue. I also had to ask for a different room after being told at least 3 times that my room wasnāt ready. Very disappointing. The room was clean enough, carpet is outdated and not very clean.
The manager advised another guest that had been there since Tuesday (this was Friday) that they were short staffed although he made repeated requests for his room to be cleaned it hadnāt been cleaned once.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
