My stay at this property was extremely disappointing.
After finally getting checked in (which took much longer than expected), we entered Room 322 and immediately noticed hair on the bed and a dirty pillow that had been flipped over to hide the stain. This raised serious concerns about whether the bedding had been properly changed or cleaned before we arrived.
Later, when it was time to shower, water was leaking from inside the wall, running onto the bathroom floor. This created a mess and made the shower uncomfortable and unsafe.
Another issue was a $100 cash-only deposit that was required at check-in. This was not disclosed anywhere on Hotels.com during the booking process. Guests should be clearly informed ahead of time that a cash deposit is required so they can plan accordingly.
I will acknowledge that when I called the front desk after 11:30 PM about the dirty bedding, someone did come up to change the linens, which I appreciated. However, the room should have been clean and ready upon arrival.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or transparency, and I would not choose this property again.
