The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used Expedia for booking. Said "oh you used Expedia" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used Expedia at many other hotels.
I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in.
I felt very insignificant for using Expedia to book with this hotel.
Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign.
If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.
