Clean facilities. Coffee sucked but breakfast was good. Hot tub was also nice (no one else was there). The garage was annoying since you had to scan your room key to get in and the scanner was at the top of the ramp into the garage (at an incline).

I have to be honest, our hotel experience was lackluster. The first thing we noticed when we walked into our room was the smell of something old/rotten/smelly feet. Couldn’t quite point our finger on it but it was humid and stinky. Our whole stay the smell lingered and I didn’t want to bother getting another room bc we were so busy and I didn’t necessarily want to move everything we just hauled into the room. The room was always a little humid. It didn’t feel fresh and we were sticky in our sheets even though we put the temperature down. The pillows were very uncomfortable and didn’t offer any support. The shower head was old and kind of broken. It kept shooting water out the side and flooding the shower floor. The breakfast was laughable. Granola bars and Otis spunkmeyer muffins...really bad coffee and no options for other drinks like WATER even for kids. What hotel doesn’t provide water or any other drinks with the breakfast? I will never stay at this hotel again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away and find another. And that’s too bad bc I’m from San Antonio and Houston is a little getaway place for us and for several people I know.

Hotel was clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Its a bit hard to find, as the entrance is in an alley, so it seemed. A bit hard to get in and out of in a big Texas pickup, but we managed. Also, parking is $21 per night, RIDICULOUS, and not easily found in the hotels info. The AC units in our rooms struggled to get the rooms down to 70 degrees. When taking a shower, we kept getting sprayed with cold water like someone had flushed a toilet. Overall, the rooms were clean, it was quiet, and we slept good. The issues we had were minor. TONS of food and shopping within walking distance. We would stay here again.

As soon as we entered the room, we started sanitizing the room. By the time we made our way back to the room to the table, we noticed food crumbs on the table. In the bathroom we found clumps on hair on the floor. Since we had already sanitized most of the room, we didn't bother complaining to change our room as we were only going to spend a night there and it was already quite late. Hotel claims it follows "enhanced cleaning" but we found the room quite dirty.

The stay was PERFECT! Would give it 5 stars but there were roaches (I killed 4). The room was very nice bathroom as well..
