We got there at 6 o'clock and went straight to our room. Turned on the heat and the heat was at 65 and it raised 268 in 6 hours. We said it in 72 and it never got there. So 5:00 after we got there, I went down to the front desk, and the guy that was working, said that the maintenance man would be right down. And to go back to my room so I went back to my room. And I waited, and I waited for an hour. This man never showed up. So I called down to the front desk, and they said, oh, he went home. He must have forgot. He'll come in first thing in and I said, well, can you at least bring us some blankets? And maybe say eater, if you have one. So they brought us 2 blankets and a heater. The heater helped a little bit, but it was still really good. The next morning, the maintenance man came in, and he looked at the vents. He had this gun that told him how much the temperature was that's coming out of the vent. And they all read between 75 and 80 and the 80 was not long. So none of the air was blowing through. He said he would have to get a company to come in and cleanup events and that they weren't going to do that with somebody in the room. And that the manager of the grounds would do it at all. So he told us, oh, it'll go up today because it'll be a warm day but at night it was still cold. The girl at the front desk, the next morning was very rude, and the TV in the bedroom did not work.
