I was here for a night as I was getting my grandma situated into an assisted living near by. Set my stuff down and was on the run helping her. Got in on late Friday night, and went to shower. The attached picture is what I saw. As someone in healthcare, there is bacteria and such growing in that hole. And there was visible mold around the edges. Mold is growing as the water gets under that coating. Probably not safe to be inhaling either. Absolutely no way I’m showering in that. The room was $170 a night. How is this right?
When I politely ask what can be done, I was told the GM would not issue any refund for my issues. (Shannon was an angel so this was not directed at her.) They’re remodeling right now so it’s like a gamble on what kind of room you get. For $170, that’s not a game anyone wants to play. And after a long day, I just wanted a clean shower. Do not stay here, the GM doesn’t care and you’ll be gambling on your room condition.
