I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my stay at your establishment in September 2023. Typically, when one books a hotel, a minimum standard of comfort and convenience is expected. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet even the most basic expectations.
To begin, the condition of the bed was absolutely unacceptable. The springs in the mattress were clearly perceptible and the iron rods were so uncomfortable that they caused physical pain. It was a painful ordeal to try to find a comfortable sleeping position, which greatly affected the quality of my rest.
Furthermore, the shower was in terrible condition. Given the cold weather, water barely came out of the shower, resembling more a dripping faucet than an adequate shower. The lack of water pressure and flow made it impossible to have a dignified bath.
Lastly, I would like to mention the inconvenience with the check-out process. The scheduled time was at 11:00 am, but by 10:50 am, someone was already knocking on my door to hurry me out. I found this quite discourteous since I was still within the established timeframe.
I usually do not write hotel reviews, but I felt it was my duty to alert future guests and management about these critical issues. I hope this message is taken seriously and that steps are taken to remedy these shortcomings.
