Climate control at this level should be a given, not an afterthought. When I asked about it, the staff offered excuses, but the reality is that every other hotel and Airbnb we stayed at across the Baltics was significantly more comfortable. Mark was friendly and helpfulâbut I also noticed the mattress pad was badly stained when helping him set it up. Still, he was the only person who showed any effort to make our stay more comfortable.
