The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious but like others have said, the bathroom just floods with water. The property could have better condition with a lot of wear and tear. My washer dryer didn’t work so they would take my clothes to a different room and wash them and bring them back. There are pots and pans but no utensils to cook with or washing up soap, so I had to purchase that.
They clean the room if you ask them, there is a very bad drainage smell and the drain is right next to the kitchen surface you smell that when cooking.
Also I really wanted to use the sauna but this didn’t work I was told. By the looks of things it hasn’t worked for a while. Just the steamer worked. The air conditioning in the gym didn’t work that well either, so it was very hot in there.
Also there is a huge amount of construction going on and the majority of it tended to happen at night right outside my window.
Overall a good place, but these little things all add up and are take away from the overall experience
