Staff was nice, however on the morning after we checked in we complained about our AC not functioning well. Maintenance came to check it that morning and tried to fix it, but said if we continued to have issues to request a window AC. The next morning it was still doing the same thing so we complained and were told they had no maintenance on staff that day, that they could not give us a window AC, and all the could give us was a box fan (which had no legs to stand on so we could not aim it towards our bed). We were also told we could not get a refund, not even partial to leave early as we were told we could not move rooms either. I will also add that I am 7 months pregnant and this made this stay less than comfortable.
