The service team was rude & full of eco, worst customer service ever. They don’t have basic service manner for their guests. I extended two additional night staying to night clerk, who mistakenly extended 1 night instead. In the morning, instead of just correcting their error & resolve the problem, the front desk accused me lying. Then, they ignored my repetitive requests for room cleaning..later argued that I put out the tags which their cleaners couldnt read English; thus, got confused & didn’t want to enter. Oh my god, it’s their own hotel green cleaning door tag.. and again, instead of apologizing to the customers & get the cleaning done, they blamed on the customers. Horrible horrible customer service..
