Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill.
When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken.
We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty.
Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer.
Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi.
When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean.
On reporting the cleanliness of the facilities after complaining previously about the seat and heater the ‘customer service ‘ staff simply said. I don’t know what to tell you.
There are comfy sofas but the areas but not enough and were cold despite the fires burning. We had to spend the evening in our room.
No smart TV.
It was bitterly disappointing for what is billed as 4 star.
We have stayed in far superior hotels with far superior service.
