We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and at 11:45pm the room temperature was still 80°F. When we asked for assistance, the young receptionist gave us only two options: take a small fan or accept a refund and find another hotel ourselves ā at nearly midnight. He was firm, unhelpful, and communicated in a way that felt cold and unsettling. We were told we could not be switched to another room.
With no real alternatives at that hour, we ended up spending the night with a fan and ice to cool down ā which was far from acceptable or comfortable.
Breakfast was another low point. The area was crowded, and the machines (coffee maker, waffle maker, and toaster) were very slow, causing long lines. The staff member responsible for restocking breakfast items was visibly rude and impatient. We even saw her pick up utensils that had fallen on the table and put them back into the serving containers, which raises concerns about cleanliness.
Overall, the poor service and lack of hospitality made this one of the worst hotel stays weāve had. I hope the management takes these issues seriously.
