Motel Owner didn't have our reservation though it was paid for back in June. He is difficult to understand, and the Hotel.com AI assistant was difficult to work with. Couldn't talk with a human so probably my fault, guess I'm not tech savoy enough. Our check in took an hour but eventually got worked out. 1st time having a hard time with a reservation thru Hotel.com so will be more informed. The ladies in room care were awesome! While we were trying to deal with the owner and Hotel.com, they kept asking if we needed anything, tried their best to help. Being a busy weekend in Mt Pleasant, room was reasonable after all the check in issues. It's an older motel, not many options but Bob Evans next door and Starbucks across the street. No frills but not bad IMHO.
