The plumbing needs attention, toilet is loud and made noises all night. The heating system is terrible was wayyyyy to hot one minute when we had it on low and then we had to shut it right off and we were cold. When we came into the room the heat was on and it was like a sauna in there. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I checked in there was a huge line up and one person working at the desk and it took forever, while other’s people working at the hotel working there were standing around talking…. Not helping at the desk to get people checked in. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This used to be a very nice place to stay. It’s gone seriously downhill. The add said there was swimming and hot tub, they weren’t working. The breakfast was also disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work.
