I booked a room for two nights prior to the winter storm we were said to have. The room I booked was free cancellation .I was 20 minutes past check in time when I was able to call to cancel stating the room was no longer needed because we didn't get the storm expected! I took the loss of 82$ being I was 20 minutes past time for check in. But I did ask to refund me for the second night so I did not lose$ 167 total I had already paid upfront to reserve. The person I spoke to in the office said he would return my money for the second night since I called ahead of time and had no intention on staying. He said the money would be returned within 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to see my money be returned in my account. It has been 2 weeks and they have not returned my money. I'm very unsatisfied and I should not have to call to dispute this once more.
