Just Ok
Paid more for this hotel than others but the quality rooms and facility was not that good. There was a heavy rain on first night and part of room near closet was flooded with about 1 inch of water, we wiped it up and after rain stopped it didn't continue but room was very damp the whole time. we told staff to let the maintenance know but they seemed ambivalent, I told them this is how buildings wind up collapsing from leaks that aren't repaired. when they cleaned room it was very minimal, emptied garbage and take towels, but not vacuuming sandy floor , they also didn't leave towels, after taking old ones, you had to go down and get them but had to wait or request them to be delivered and waiting for at least and hour to get them to shower. outside the pavement is very uneven and its difficult to use the carts to wheel from front lobby to back building, with curbs and uneven pavement. during the rain the lot had at least six inches of water so drainage was poor and ramp to lobby was very messy, sticky, with dirt and sand all over. In the room the AC only had 2 modes, on was blasting the entire time and off was off with no air, the thermostats didn't work, so the room was either freezing or stifling hot and damp.
