Room was good and clean. I had 2 reservations. I checked in on Sunday and it was smooth. The guy who did my check in was very nice and helpful. He told me that I do not need to change room and I can stay in the same room all stay. He told me to come down before 12pm on Monday and re-check in my room keys. On Monday morning after breakfast I went to the reception and there was one lady. I asked her to re-check in my room keys because I have two reservations. She took my keys, scanned it and gave it back to me. So I went back to my room. Around 11:30 cleaning lady knocked and asked if I need service, I said no. Then she asked if I am checking out, I replied no, I have another 2 nights to stay, she left. Around 1:30 my phone room rang and the same lady from reception asked me if I am going to check out. I said no, I have another 2 nights to stay. She said that I have to check out and then check in again, that I have to bring my ID and credit card. I told her that the guy who did my check in on Monday did not mention anything abut ID and credit card, he told me only to re-check my keys and that is it, which I did. I told her that you did it for me in the morning, she did not remember. So, I went down with my keys, ID and credit card and asked her why is there misunderstanding. She apologized and re-checked in. I was so annoyed because she could have checked my keys in the morning when I asked her to re-check in. I came to stay for the bar exam and wanted to have peace stay.
