I booked a double bed one bedroom suite and had booked online confirming through my Hilton honors my arrival a partial room but was actually given a different room because someone from the front desk had called about my confirmation to see if I could take a different room but I told them that I could not but when I arrived I was not given what I had expected having already confirmed as a Hilton Honors member but a different room and not even what I had booked. Also I would like to say that Charles the one driver was amazing but the other driver Ethan didn’t seem like he was even interested in his job having left us after we had called at the Expo Center driving right past us. We were told that he was not picking up so we had to take a uber back when they indeed were picking up which was the whole reason for our whole stay at this hotel.
