Hallways were very hot no ac rooms had lots of crickets not enough breakfast for all residents staying keys are supposed to work for all doors for entry they didnāt

Can't believe Wyndham put their name on this prope
Dirty. Vomit in elevator. Entire 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. Broken and loose tiles. Rotted drywall. No hot water in shower. Front desk service was incresibly slow and unfriendly.

Not Happy!
The phone number for the hotel was incorrect on email confirmation. We could not call to ask that the room be held. We arrived after midnight. The sofa bed had a cupcake smashed between the cushions plus there was what looked like pee on the entryway floor. Was given another room with one king (we requested 2 queen). Floors werenāt vacuumed and bathroom and entry floors obviously had not been mopped. We were given another room for my daughter on a different floor. That floor needed mopping! The lady at the desk did all the cleaning necessary. We were so tired having driven 10+ hours.

Ramada Burkburnett
Check in was quick and easy, the service was friendly. The outlets in the room where the refrigerator was plugged in initially did not work. We had to plug the fridge into another outlet. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet! The hallways smelled musty and stale. There was no ice machine on our third floor. Breakfast was sparse. There was apple and orange juice, bagels and bread to make toast, three different types of cereals, batter to make waffles, oranges and apples, coffee and milk. We missed hot breakfast foods that we were used to from other hotels, such as sausages and scrambled eggs etc.

I think we just came at a bad time. The pool was down for maintenance and they had no hot water due to the boiler system malfunctioning. Im sure this doesnt happen all the time...but bad timing on our part.

Normally Ramada hotels are inviting. However, this hotel in Burkburnett, Tx was the worst hotel I have ever visited.
1. The hallway and room carpet was soiled beyond cleaning, permeated a foul smell, and blackened with mold.
2. Caulking around the shower had black mold embedded and the toilet did not flush correctly.
3. I could not control the AC; the fan speed nor the temperature was responsive - it simply turned on and off at will.
4. The swimming pool, literally, had trash floating on it while a sign stated the pool was closed (glad for the clarification).
Though I have not stayed at a "pay by the hour" hotel, I'm sure this is what they would look like. I hope this hotel gets their act together.

I checked in at 3:30 pm, looked at the room, left until 11:30 pm. Could not get into room, had my key re-set, entered the room 103 to find someone else's luggage inside. On duty clerk gave me another room 112. had to lift door to close it. There were no towels in the room. used the bathroom sink, just to have it back-up & not DRAIN. The next morning, went to take a shower, NO HOT WATER for the entire building. Request to have full re-fund of money. Hotel manager has approved this, but have not seen re-fund in acct yet.!!!!! Very upset with this location

We checked in on Friday night, went to take a shower on Saturday and the hot water was not working. We called down to the office and they made the statement that they just found out about it and were working on it. Later that day, we had talked to another guest, who checked in on Thursday, and they said they were told at check-in that the hot water was not working

No Hot Water in entire Hotel. Was told about it after checking in.
Called desk about tv remote. Desk said they would have to call manager about what to do. It's a tv remote really. Breakfast was almost non existent. Worst service I've ever had in a hotel at this level. This Hotel began as a Hampton Inn, Then Red River Inn and then a Best Western and now a Ramada. The worst stay at this hotel ever as I have stayed here previously when it was owned by the other 3. This wont be my last review on social media. People need to be warned.
