Stayed here overnight to be sure I could get my wife to work in the morning after a big storm was expected -- was sure at home would be snowed in.
Very first impression was that I was ignored by front desk staff who was busy chatting someone up while I stood there at the desk looking directly at them. They finally decided to move (not end) the conversation to the desk, where they continued to talk to someone else while checking me in.
Property was clean and in good condition. Room was spartan but had everything needed. No complaints.
In the morning, found they consider plowing the parking lot to be optional. The Aldi's next door was plowed three times overnight. Here, zero. Got stuck in the lot and had to shovel out myself. After I got my wife to work, came back to work out a bit and relax a bit before I checked out. By 9:30 am lot still had not been plowed, sidewalks not shoveled -- VERY dangerous as there was no way to tell were curbs were. Lot was very slick. Strikes two and three.
Had to wait again to get attention from someone to check out and get a receipt. I know times are tough, but there are minimums.
I actually liked the property itself. The support is where the issues are.
