This is a terrible hotel.
We arrived at 9 PM on the day of our stay. We had booked a room for two people with the expectation of getting a room with two single beds, but this option was not available during booking. Upon arrival, the hotel was unable to accommodate this request. When we asked if it was possible to add a rollaway bed to the room, this was also denied, with the explanation that the cleaning staff had already gone home. As a last resort, we asked for an extra duvet, which they also could not provide.
The sink in the room was clogged, and the water in the shower could not be properly heated—it was only lukewarm. In the wellness area, the steam room was not working, and there were no clean towels available.
At the “guest request” desk, we agreed on a 20% discount before check-out. However, this was not honored at check-out, and we were told to contact Expedia ourselves.
The hotel’s interior is outdated, it smells old, and everything feels worn out. The service provided by the staff is extremely poor. I have stayed in three-star hotels where everything—from service and facilities to cleanliness—was at a much higher standard.
At best, this hotel deserves three stars. Do yourself a favor and pay more for another five-star hotel—the only positive thing about this place is its location. Don’t be fooled by the lower price compared to other five-star hotels
