This property needs a lot of help. My room needs maintenance, updating and a good cleaning. Hotels are expensive overall in NOLA but I expected something bteer being this far out of the city

On check in we found the facility dirty, poorly maintained and almost deserted. We were told our 4 night stay was limited to 2 nights because the property had been sold and we needed to vacate the premises for the new owners. obviously the facility had not been cleaned or maintained for several weeks prior to our arrival, probably since the date the sale went through. The bed and bathroom was serviceable, but the kitchenette and hallways were really dirty. We were NOT notified of this change in our reservation. Will NOT be using Expedia again.

It closed down and was going to be renovated the day we left. There was no disclosure of this. Had no amenities. Room was dirty and hallway was a mess.

The property was being sold and didnt have my room i paid for available. The room they put me in was dirty, nasty, stained, furniture ripped, dead bugs everywhere, vomit in the trash

The room was clean- but overall maintance of property was poor- stairwell had broken glass, spilled liquid that had been there for days and holes in the drywall. First impression of room was a huge sticker that had been peeled off poorly on the front door. The room was generally clean- but the hallway and stairwell trashed.
The breakfast was average to below average

They refuse to clean the room. They promised to bring towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper. They never showed. They said they would empty the garbage cans and they were overflowing. Most of the residents bagged up their own garbage and had it sitting at the cans at the rear doors. There wasnāt enough room for us to leave our trash there. It was absolutely disgusting!

Poorly managed
The elevator near the lobby was broke so we had to walk across the hotel every time to get in & out.
I did not get the room I reserved & could not be accommodated b/c no more rooms available.
I m hoping I get refunded the difference in price.
There was not anything to purchase for my children or myself to drink. Nothing in vending or in lobby. Nothing to drink!!!!
Our room was very hot! Could not get it under 78 degrees.
We always try to stay at a Homewood Suites, we love them but this one is managed so poorly.
I will say the girl at front desk was very kind. I felt bad for her though b/c I know she had to have gotten all kinds of complaints that were out of her control.

I booked 2 queen beds, was charged for it, and got a queen and sofa bed. Fridges at the reception were empty, room wasnāt cleaned everyday

Trying to keep in mind that they are probably suffering from staff shortage like everyone else Iāll just say the hallways and outside areas were not clean. The rooms were sufficiently clean but could have been better. The checkin staff could have been more helpful in giving us information about our stay. Breakfast was good and the staff preparing breakfast was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. Many things here need to be updated. The AC could not keep up so they had supplement window units which were not ideal.

We have stayed at this property every year but once since it has opened its door. This property is in major need of a complete remodel! The staff is not properly trained and there are no amenities such as the evening events due to poor ownership. There is a bad smell throughout the property which appears to come from the first floor (someone is cooking something from another country in there). We had nothing but problems with the AC, the furniture was is such bad shape we couldn't sit on it without putting down towels, dishwasher looked as if someone tried to steal it, half of the light bulbs throughout were burned out, stains and tears throughout the carpet (shoes were worn the entire stay. As we spoke to other guest they were all having same bad experiences. Shame on the owner of this property!

My reservation was wrong, the Hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel. I was still out the money for the room I paid for since it was more expensive than what I received. The room was not clean when I checked in. I found old chip bags in the night stand. The tub was dirty. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

When I checked in my room it was not cleaned. The bathroom tub, and toilet had not been cleaned. Inside the kitchen refrigerator there was still food inside. You could tell that the sheets had not been changed just pull it back and you can see the body print. And chips left all over the floor on the left side of the bed. Had to go to the local Walmart to get cleaning supplies because there were no housekeepers around and the young lady didnāt know where they kept their cleaning supplies. And Buy some sheets for the bed. I let the lady at the front desk now she said that she would bring it to management attention checked about it on the next morning the next guest service representative that was working that morning brushed it off as if she did not care I asked to speak with a manager several times and left my number still have not heard back they are very considerate and does not care about the customers I will never stay there again.

dirty rooms, mold/filth in the a/c vents, 5x5 hole cut in the wall, missing lights by elevators to where you can see into the attic, missing ceiling tiles, in the halls, exit signs hanging by wires, ripped curtains. I have pictures. Booked nine nights. Left after the first night because it is UNLIVABLE. And now fighting with Expedia to get my money back.
