First, the good part is that the beds weee very comfortable. The bad…We were put in a filthy room. Food, trash all over floor. Floor was extremely sticky. We asked to move rooms which they accommodated without issue however employee was not particularly apologetic or concerned about the issue.. Upon checking out, we heard employees talking about not being able to assign rooms because they did not know what rooms were clean and what rooms were occupied. Apparently the previous night staff did not change our room number in the system and it was showing available on their end. I thought this would be a cool new modern hotel but it’s not. Don’t be fooled by the pics on the website. The decor is just cover for a poorly managed, dirty hotel. Walls in bathroom don’t go all the way to tbe floor, zero privacy.
