Hotel bem localizado, com caracteristicas da cidade, portanto, muito bem decorado, acolhedor. Quarto espaçoso, recepcionista educada e prestativa. Só uma falha. A reserva era vista para a cidade e a vista era para a área interna.
Excellent location, very helpful and polite staff, nice rooms
very cute and quaint, seems to be family owned, everyone is very friendly, no early-check in available (tough on those transatlantic jet lagged travelers like myself) but very historic. price reasonable.
Wonderful service and very cosy! Chantelle was very helpful in every way.
The hotel is historic, welcoming and quaint and the manager Chantelle is exceptional with her advice and service!
The owners are very friendly and very proud of their place & it shows. They had many stories & tourist tips to share. I would definitely stay there again.
Attractive hotel, in the heart of the old city. Fairly large and well-furnished room, good value for money. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. There for two nights, and it was an ideal base for sightseeing.
This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The many steep staircases make it difficult to haul luggage up to the rooms. The bed in our room was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED in which we have ever slept in our 65 years. We are not picky people. We told the staff that it needed to be replaced.
Nice room in a historic building full of character. Location is perfect for all parts of the town. Staff were friendly and the free coffee machine was good. We were at the top of the building which involved around 60 steps, but it was fine for us and we enjoyed the view.. The only negative was the very poor soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear the person in the next room snoring and speaking, moving around etc, so it was not easy to sleep.
The Hotel Gheestelic Hof is a beautiful hotel, in the steps from the historic center of Brugge. When we first walked in, we loved the homey feel of the place, and how it felt authentic. The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. Our room was lovely too, and a it more modern feeling than the rest of the hotel. We were on floor 1, facing the street, so it was a little noisy. You can hear every conversation of everyone walking by on the street below. The room was clean and nice, however the bed was terrible. It sunk deeply into the middle so both my wife and myself kept rolling onto each other in our sleep. If we were staying longer than one night I would have said something.
