Overall our experience was okay, but we would not stay here again for a variety of reasons. Let me start with the positives! The location was incredible and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was also very clean, and we never felt unsafe when we were there. However, we had a series of issues with the room and location of the room that made our experience not enjoyable. The biggest issue we had in the room was the sound. Our room was right next to the elevator bank which is normally not an issue, but we were in the third floor right by the maid staging area for towels, sheets, etc. Every morning, we were woken up at 5am to loud talking and banging of cabinets. It would go on off and on for at least an hour, and we would be unable to fall back to sleep. The nightlight in the bathroom also made it difficult to sleep, because there was no way to turn it off, making the room very bright at night. Another issue was that only one side of the bed had a nightstand with plugs. The other side of the room had no nightstand and not a single plug on that side of the room, forcing one of us to charge all of our items in the bathroom. During our stay, one of the elevators went out of service. We understand that happens, but it caused long waits for the elevator. One morning, we decided to take the stairs down from the third floor to head straight out to the street. Once we had made our way down three flights of stairs, we found that the exit door was locked. Big fire hazard!
