First off, I paid about $150 more per night because this hotel advertised free EV charging. The only EVs accommodated were Teslas. No other charger type was installed. They sent me to the free garage near the theaters. It, also, only accommodated Teslas. Next, the handicapped parking is nicely close, but it is re-labeled as Marriott premium customer parking. While weāre discussing accessibility, the outer doors are manual, and the room doors block chair and walker use. I donāt need too much accommodation, but I asked for a shower with a seat. The disability chair they put in the shower almost completely blocked my entry. It was way too big. And, for some reason, both sink taps delivered hot water. When I ran it a bit that got better, so maybe itās an overly long supply pipe. Staff was polite, but I canāt get past paying way too much for a hotel with chargers that are misrepresented.
