I'm quite upset with the hotel because, upon check-out, I informed them that I didn't use the car or watch sports programs on TV. Therefore, two charges of $95 and one bill of approximately $30 should have been deducted from my room bill. The front desk acknowledged the error, as there was another guest with the last name Souza, who likely used the parking lot and watched the channel on TV. Thus, the front desk charged me approximately $470 upon check-out. However, I was very surprised and disappointed when I checked my credit card today and found that the amount charged was approximately $700. I'm contacting you to correct this error again, and I will also contact my credit card company to disallow the payment of this $700. I ask that you immediately correct this error and charge the correct amount for my check-out. Thank you.
