The staff member who was checking me in took a phone call in the middle of our conversation. The room itself was clean, but the rest of the hotel wasn’t. Biggest issue was I didn’t feel safe. Nearly every door on the 3rd floor had been pried open by a crowbar at some point. I noticed it as I was walking down the hall to my room that was at the opposite end from the elevator. In my room, the security ball thing was busted in half, which let my mind know someone had actually gotten in the room when they used the crowbar. Very scary. All night there were kids running down the hall, laughing and yelling. No one answered the front desk phone when I called. The walls were so thin the person next door’s phone rang at 3am and woke me up. Then I was kept up as the whole room began to smell like pot. Breakfast was fine, just needed salsa.
