Room was clean and in good shape. Great location to village and ski in ski out. My main issue was that when I arrived there was not enough room in the ski locker to accommodate my family's skis and they have strict rules about bringing skis into the accommodations and fining you if there is any sign of damage (rightly so...). Same with the parking. When I booked, on-site parking was part of what I booked, but when I arrived they told me there was not enough space in the garage and that I would have to park (and pay!) at an off-site, outdoor parking lot owned by the ski resort. When I went in the garage, I saw several parking spots taken up by their own service vehicles. They need a solution, because my greeting was, "sorry our parking is full and our ski locker is full. You'll have to park off site and figure out a solution for your skis. This was less than ideal.
Also, the hot tub situation is quite small. they have two hot tubs, but no swimming pool, but could use another hot tub.
