**Horrible Hotel Experience ā Broken Facilities, Bugs, and Unfair Charges**
My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. First, the bathroom fan was falling off the ceiling, and the bathtub faucet was broken. When I showed photo evidence to the front desk officer during checkout (since I had paid a deposit), he refused to make any adjustmentsāclaiming it wasnāt their problem.
The worst part? As I was about to sleep, I found a **bug on the bedsheet**āabsolutely disgusting! When I showed them the photo and demanded action, the registration officer coldly told me, *āYou can check out now.ā* They offered a refund but forced me to leave at **11:30 PM**āwhere was I supposed to go at that hour? This was beyond unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, **Travelocity listed the pet fee as $15/night**, but the hotel charged me **$20/night**. Their excuse? *āThe website made a mistake.ā* How is that possible? Without the hotelās approval, third-party sites like Travelocity or Expedia **cannot** just set random fees. This feels like a scam.
**Avoid this place at all costs**āpoor maintenance, terrible customer service, and shady charges.
