Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dated. We were unable to make the aircon control work and subsequently had to turn it off completely in order not to freeze. The main common areas of the hotel were also very cold. The breakfast, while having quite a range of goods available was very mediocre in its taste. A couple of good cafes eateries nearby which were great.
Only used the swimming pool facilities which were fine. The lifts kept “forgetting” the floor numbers pressed if someone else pressed in another one.
