This hotel was recently brought into Hilton’s brand. We stayed July 2025. It has a long way to go to get at the quality one expects from Hilton. The hotel has a lot of potential, and hopefully there will be improvements with the current renovations. However, with the renovations, there were blocked off areas, including the fitness facility. I noticed repairs on a couple of walls that hadn’t been repainted. When we got to our room I found it was clean, but the comforter was incredibly lumpy and every time I sat on the plastic toilet seat it fell off the rim. We didn’t realize until our second day that the latch to our door didn’t work, so we slept our first night with an unlocked door that could have just been pushed open at any time. When we went to the front desk to ask that it be fixed, we were told they would send someone but it took 2 more phone calls and 45 minutes. We visited the pool, and more than half the lounge chairs had torn and tattered cushions. The courtyard is really lovely and appears to have a second level sitting area to enjoy (but it was closed). Around 830 am they started construction and it was very loud. I tried to nap at one point later in the day, but it was impossible with the noise. We went for a concert at SoFi, which was only a 10-12 minute walk. It’s also right next door to Intuit. You cannot beat the location if you’re headed to one of the stadiums. Again, I think there’s potential, but it definitely wasn’t what I’m used to from a Hilton Hotel.
