My first room was alright until i found an insect on my girlfriend's pillow so we were moved to another room well everything was fine till the final full day when we got back to the room our key card didn't work & sudden someone opened the door from the other side it was someone who worked there. They said that when we got moved to another room that it hadn't been put into the system the room was occupied by someone & they had put someone else in our room. When that person discovered there was someone elses stuff in there they immediately told the staff & was moved to another room. Luckily the person they gave the room didn't steal anything because there was several hundred dollars worth of stuff that was in the room. I've stayed at this location multiple times without issue but sadly after everything that happened this time me & my significant other agreed that moving forward we'll be taking our business elsewhere
